Sebaceous hyperplasia is the enlargement of the sebaceous glands ( sweat glands) which tends to occur as we age.  The enlargement may lead to unsightly lumps under the skin which often start around the eyes.  There is now effective treatment for this condition, we can shrink the sebaceous glands with a combination of Photodynamic Therapy with IPL and Levulan.
